We never had maid service the whole time we were there! I even asked the housekeeper to please clean our room and replace the dirty towels. She didn’t do it! We had to use towels off the floor to dry ourselves with the morning we checked out! We stay there when we go to Raiders games. Don’t think we will be back. I expected better service for $265 a night with a desert view!! Very disappointing.

Nice hotel, no shuttle service.

Hotel is very nice. Only drawback was their website said they had a shuttle that went down to the strip and when we asked they said that service was discontinued.

room! The only downside is the pool closes at 530pm I reserved a daybed and lost my deposit because I couldnt make it on time. The staff is so nice! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay off strip.
