Sunday night stay.

The room was great though there was a lot of walking to get there. I parked as close to the hotel as possible but I was in the tower and the closest entrance without stairs was at the front side so had to walk a distance to the elevators. I was able to get in a little early which was awesome as I arrived earlier than I thought I would. My granddaughter and I attended her gymnastics competition and after the event we got back to the hotel at 9:30 thinking we would be able to eat but several of the places we tried were already closed like Ben and Jerry's. We ended up eating at the taco place which had pretty good food and the person who assisted us was very helpful even though she was trying to close up.

A lot under one roof which surprised me as this is my first time staying off the strip. The sports book is EXCELLENT. The oyster bar and pasta cucina are good. The pan roast at the oyster bar specifically. You won’t be blown away with the service anywhere except if you sit at the bar in the sports book. The room are OK. The bathrooms need a reno for sure but the layout is good. No microwave, coffee pot or fridge. Bed was comfy. The first room they checked me into was previously occupied by Cheech & Chong with the lingering smell of weed. They moved me without question. The two ladies at the front desk specifically were great. The pan roast at the oyster bar and the sports book will be the reason I’d stay there again. No table service unless you buy tickets or something weird and inconvenient about that. All in all. Three out of five star is fair. It’s good, not great or excellent. I should also mention, the walk from the elevator last to the heart beat of the casino is lengthy
