A lot of repair work going on and things in disrepair. Holes in ceilings in hallways. Unfriendly front desk guy at check in. Some weird things like you need to get a new parking pass from the concierge every day. Main pool feels dirty. Lazy river is nice but water was cold.

Awesome pool for the kids, but it closes too early for some reason… otherwise the rooms where nothing special, no soap or blankets for the pull out bed when we arrived, had to call and have stuff delivered to the room which took a while with tired children. The price was okay though, I guess you get what you pay for.

We love Tahiti Village, it's a very nice family friendly place to stay in Vegas. Staff is nice and friendly, rooms are nice. We just stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was not being able to use our own water balls at the pool. My kids love to toss the water football back and forth and they wouldn't let them.

The property is gorgeous and has a real feel of Tahiti. Only downfall I would say is it takes so long for your deposit to be returned after stay is over.

I liked my stay, but I believe in constructive criticism. There is always room for improvement. My microwave was broken and it took a couple hours from when I first called to the time it was replaced. It took several calls to get action on top of the fact I pressed the maintenance button on the phone but was on hold for the front desk and after I got the front desk they had to transfer me to the maintenance line. There were leaks all over, but I also noticed a lot of maintenance happening so at least there was action being taken. The lazy river was too cold to enjoy, and that seems like a major oversight not to have it heated. My bed was slanted on the edge and I kept feeling like I might roll out of it so I didn’t sleep well the whole trip. Overall the kids had fun and I did too. I just hope that things improve for next time. Thanks!

Loved the pool- the spacious suites with separate livingroom and two tvs. Was able to check in early. We had dinner one night at 17 booze and it was delicious however they need more staff. Did not like that no one ever answers the phone. Tried to call housekeeping and did the QR code for extra towels and help with the shampoo - no one ever got back to us. The restaurants never answered so we went to chick fil a. Engineering did come to fix our remote so that was a plus.

Aging Out

We had a great time at Tahiti Village. Unfortunately, my kids might be getting too old for this resort. My older boys were disappointed and annoyed that they could not throw a ball around the pool. The ball was not a hazard for other guests. It was a non-issue on previous stays. We will have to look at other options in the future.

I like the amenities of the property such as the pool, restaurants, game room, lobby, etc. What I didn't like was I called for extra items like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, towels, coffee etc since we were running out and had to call back three hours and was told someone was going to come and they never came. I called the next morning and someone came within 45 minutes to drop the items I requested off.
