We stayed at this resort last year and it was lovely. My kids love the lazy river. This year our stay was not great at all. We traveled with my elderly mother for her 60th birthday, and our 2 kids. The room smelt like burnt popcorn. Oven did not work. Washer/dryer did not work. Dishwasher did not work. Dirty sheets with what looked to be blood stains. Bathrooms were not clean. Toliets were dirty, showers scummy, and there was even jewelry from past guests left on the counter-- being counters were not even wiped down. Shower curtisns did not even reach the floor so every time somebody shower, half the bathroom had water flooding into it. Tberes goes all our towels too.....Paid extra for a pool view, we were faced the opposite direction with a construction view that woke us up every morning by 730am with loud machinery noises. Staff at the resort on multiple occasions were extremely rude, especially "security " when asking for help wirh directions. Doubt we will ever stay at this resort again, so disappointed

Tahiti Village sparkled with excitement, with rhythm, lights, and fun. Although the language was a barrier at first, I managed to cross it without much effort. But in the hallways, something was missing: a smile, a comforting gesture. I noticed cold glances as I passed, a distant attention, hard to ignore. I don't judge by race or color; we all deserve respect and warmth. Even more so for those who come from afar to rest, expecting kindness upon arrival.

Fantastic hotel!

This might be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Although check-in was lengthy, the facility was beautiful, the room was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Fantastic lazy river, great food and drinks on property, and lots of events. Would definitely return!

We stayed at this Tahiti village it’s a fun place and seems good for families, but it was extremely dirty both outside and inside the room. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was unclean, and the beds had a very bad smell. The staff were irresponsible and didn’t seem to care about anything. You’re just throwing your money away by staying here. With how dirty everything was, I’m honestly worried my kids might get sick. I will never come back and definitely do not recommend this place Never!!!!

The ease of check in and out were very easy and hassle free. Although I was not given a park permit for parking garage at check in or my wrist bands for the pools my stay was pleasant. I'll definitely be staying here again since I'm local. Thank you for the pleasant stay and great customer service!

If you want to relax go somewhere else!

There is construction going on and we were right under the rooms that were getting renovated, even after I asked for them to please NOT put me in a room right under the renovation construction , that is EXACTLY what they did, so every day around 7:30 I would hear the workers stomping and taking in materials and then at 8:00 am the pounding and drilling would start, it was definitely not a restful vacation and I was disappointed at the fact that they lies to me and when I spoke to the Manager he only gave me a late check out of two hours on my day of departure, highly disappointed with the stay and the pizza/shake location is terrible and they have bad customer service, we would stand around waiting for our order to be taken and it never did they would walk around doing other things and ignore us for at least 10 minutes each time on multiple days, there are a few more things to take stars away from but next time I much rather go to Mandalay Bay for the pool area than here, it was a disappointing and I am so exhausted after this trip!

This was my 2nd time to spend the week here while visiting Las Vegas. It has all of the amenities I require. (It doesn't have gambling.) It is on the South end of 'the strip' so it is easy to get around by car, city bus, or resort-transport. It is very family friendly. I enjoyed watching them having fun together. I came with my son for a bucket-list trip. Awesome. 💯👍
