The property was Ok. Good location for entertainment and restaurants. The service of the employees was good. The lack of water was bad. All bottles of water were sold out in vending machines, and the front desks only offers tiny shots of waters once per stay. Paper toilet was very poor quality. Other than that, not too bad of a place to stay at once or twice.

Great- a few missing pcs from prior visits.

We’ve been coming to this hotel since 2012. Hotel is great like it usually is. However, you used to be given one dishwasher soap and a small dish soap to be able to do dishes while staying there and/or clean them when leaving for the next guests. This time, we did not receive any, and when we asked on the night before checkout, we were given one very begrudgingly. I guess, the cleaning staff will do it for you upon checkout?? I didn’t like the idea of leaving dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the lazy river was wonderful as always, and the location is great!

I went to hotel at 4, no room available until after 6pm. I had to leave all my belongings in a hot car for over 2 hours. It was very inconvenient for my family. Having a little one, having to unpack my car to get clothes so we can at least be in the pool but not everyone could swim since we had many things to carry and no where to put things. So other family had to be in the hot sun. Furniture was uncomfortable and outdated. Carpets were filthy, my baby’s feet were black from walking on it.

I like the resort in general. I didn’t like that our room wasn’t ready on time. Our tub was dirty, the blow dryer barely worked, our TV didn’t work in one room, and when I asked for housekeeping they only cleaned one side of the room. I asked for a later check out and they only gave me one extra hour but deactivated my room key an hour too early I couldn’t find a cart to take my belongings out of the room Even though it had some problem areas in general the amenities seem to make up for it. I know what to expect the next time we visit

Property and rooms are beautiful. The parking there is absolutely terrible. And if you're in a back tower room there is no short way to get to the last area's to park...where we ended up. We were impressed with the room, but the 'lazy river' brings lots of kids. If you're looking for serenity, this isn't the place. All we needed was a room for an early flight out, and this worked well as it is 5 minutes to the airport.

We went for a family vacation, book3d the 6 people room and we arrived at 2 pm, we were asked to wait ti check in at 4 , went back to the checkin at 4 , we were told it will start at 4 but no guarantee and we have to wait because (THE EXACT WORDS WERE) "you booked our biggest room sonit needs more man power to get it ready, you have to wait. (Due to a horrible unprofessional excuse, I did not show up all of a sudden, we booked like a week earlier) 2nd, there is no barrier between the kids and the adults pool, which is ok , but my 3 years old was playing in the kids area where she was dragged (water pressure) to the adult zone (she has no hight) i ran of course as i saw her being taken by the flow , the life guards were just looking and watching me jump with my cloth on , NO ONE even moved. Sad enough we go out of the pool and went to get a towel, they refused withouut showing them the wrist band. Like yes I Love swimming with my shorts and tshirt on. 3rd , check out is at 10 am, the keys were deactivated by 7 am and you were not allowed even back to our roon
