Room was fantastic. Clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle to the Strip was a fantastic bonus. Staff was very communicative especially about the hot water issue.

Great stay. Wanted to try something off-strip, and Tahiti was waaaay cheaper than the lame strip hotels I usually stay at for SEMA. Friendly staff at check-in, though I am not a fan of the datamining at check-in. You don't need to make a profile of all my info for staying at a hotel for 2 nights. Property is amazingly clean. The upkeep to the grounds, pools and common areas was noticeably nicer than other places in town. We booked the double room suite for 3 guys, perfect call. Stacking both sofa bed mattresses made for a nice bed, and the king suites were huge. Loved the full kitchens, jacuzzi tub and steam room - have not seen one of those outside a ski resort. Very nice! Smart move would have been to bring food, the kitchens in the suites are awesome, but even better is the full outdoor kitchens next to the hot tub in the pool area. Flattop griddles and grilles, all perfectly clean. Next time we're cooking here! Pool was nice, but cold. They hadn't started heating it yet. Hot tub was great and adults-only, so very peaceful and never crowded day or night. Nice observation lounge on the top floor. Great place, definitely top of my list when I'm forced to stay in Vegas. Only bummer is location and getting around in Vegas traffic, especially with the F1 mess they're setting up.

Their pool closed at 4pm and this wasn't described in the information on Expedia. The entire reason we're here was for the pool and it was closed when we checked in and check out is at 10am. When I expressed my concern to the manager and asked if they could waive the resort fee, she said they never waive the fee and they can't waive the fee. When I said that was clearly not true, she agreed but said they still need to charge the fee because they have a shuttle and wifi. When I said that a shuttle and wifi doesn't qualify a hotel they just repeated that they wouldn't waive the fee. I then went back to my room and the wifi wouldn't even work well enough to buy tickets to a show.

The top sheets of the bed has a blood stained on it. We found out at the end of our stay after we untuck the sheets to make sure that we did not leave any thing behind. The staff manager did not do much to help either.
