Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in

Clean hotel friendly staff great location and the most comfortable bed I have stayed in. Downside it has the road dug up right outside which makes access difficult at the moment.

Small, but good, budget hotel

Hotel Carmin is a very basic, small hotel within walking distance of city centre and beach/marina areas. The service was friendly & pleasant, if somewhat limited due to language difficulties. My room (#36) on the top floor was very small, but comfortable and clean, with all amenities is good working order. The buffet breakfast matched the hotel; very small, but tasteful & sufficient. Overall, this was a nice hotel for the price range that I would recommend for other travellers on small budgets.

Personnel at the reception was kind and helpful. The room was too tiny for 3 people, without air conditioning and with a very small bathroom. The overall housekeeping was quite poor (there was an used towel from the former guests that wasn’t removed by the staff). The price was too high compared to what we had.

Personnel accueillant et disponible. Très bien situé en ville pour leur prix. Petit déjeuner (un peu cher) avec des produits boulangerie frais du jour. Un plus pour l'accès par code 24h/7j d'une porte différente de l'accès général. Les 2 bémols sont : très longue attente pour l'eau chaude et l'absence de minuterie pour l'éclairage du palier (la lumière passe donc sous le pas de la porte de la chambre).

Belle chambre, excepté la douche.

je tiens à dire d'abord que le patron de l'hôtel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. La chambre super propre et calme et très bon lit (regret que l'on ne puisse plus trouver des draps normaux au lieu des couettes trop chaudes). Quand à la douche, peut-être une douche pour handicapés, mais pas pratique car il manquait une protection même coulissante et donc nous aspergions toute la surface de la pièce !!! A revoir ainsi que le sol trop vieux.
