Welcome to this apartment located 4 min walk from the sea and the center in a quiet area. Housing of 53M2 completely renovated, very bright and fully equipped, with parking space in the basement.
Quiet and cozy, this apartment is the perfect base for a week's vacation or a weekend.
Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children, spacious enough and well laid out so that 6 people can live comfortably.

Description of the accommodation:
Outside :
Located on the 2nd floor with a very large balcony / terrace, sunny (early morning to early afternoon sun) with armchairs, table and outdoor chairs available.
Inside :
A large living room with 2 large bay windows, fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed (real bedding with mattress 18 cm thick), 2 bedrooms (1 160x200cm bed in the 1st bedroom and 2 90x200cm bunk beds in the 2nd). The two bedrooms have been designed as boat cabins, for a total change of scenery during your stay.
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a large closet in the hallway, plenty of storage in all bedrooms and in the living room.
TV / Hifi in the living room. Games for young children (books, lego, beach games ...) and board games available.
Parking space in the basement of the residence: space with hoop (key provided at reception).

I am available to answer your questions and provide information at any time. A person will take care of your welcome and your departure, with handover of the keys.

Exchange with travelers:
- Linen provided: sheets, towels, please specify the number of travelers ... You can nevertheless provide additional beach towels (the towels provided are for use in the apartment)

Well equipped in fantastic location

Very well equipped and comfortable flat in a fantastic location for the beach and downtown Le Touquet. Plus it's v close to a newly developed square with a super boulangerie and bars/shops. Parking in basement was v useful, although quite tight (we just about managed to fit our Volvo XC90 in, but took some time to get out). Would have been 5 stars review if the main bedroom window was not broken (couldn't be opened and owner said it would be fixed at the end of the season)

Un appartement lumineux et parfaitement situé

Un appartement très agréable, bien équipé et surtout situé idéalement par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. Le plus, la déco et la place de parking (même si très étroite), le moins le manque de rangement pour les vêtements et le fait de prendre ses repas sur des tabourets hauts. Impeccable pour l'organisation et la remise/reprise des clés. Je recommande !

Un logement à la situation optimale

Logement très bien situé, proche des commodités et spacieux. Notre accueil nous a laissé un goût quelque peu amer malheureusement. Manque de confort au niveau des assises et du lit de la chambre parentale. Un brun de nettoyage de la terrasse aurait été apprécié, ainsi que le débarrassage complet du placard, car il y avait peu de rangement.
