The check in process was expedient, courteous, easy! The room was above expectation and quite spacious. All of the staff were professional and friendly! The pool and jacuzzis smelled very strongly of chlorine. Overall, we were very comfortable. The bed felt too stiff at first but turned out we had a very restful sleep so it must not have been. We would highly recommend!

The staff is always nice. The room is comfortable. The only thing I wish they did differently is have bigger trash cans and more wash cloths because they only clean every other day. I always reuse my towel to save energy, but appreciate clean washcloths.

We will be back. The rooms were so spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and we especially enjoyed the oatmeal!

Front desk lady was very nice. I felt like I was staying at a dog boarding facility. Upon arrival all we could hear was multiple dogs in different rooms right next to us just barking. They did not bark at night (thank goodness) but come morning they were barking again. I have 2 dogs, I just find it off putting when hotels allow animals in the rooms, especially when the barking impacts other guests. I would probably not stay here again now knowing this.

bed was very uncomfortable, bath towel had a long hair folded in. Egg quality at breakfast did not look appetizing. Would have liked a potato option or more fruit options.
