I reached out via phone to try to discuss this matter no one answered when to voicemail I left a detail message for a call back and still have not heard back. The staff are very friendly. First started when they gave us the wrong room number, someone was already in there. Then the room was much smaller then I expected for the amount it costs, so we had to get another room and they placed us right ontop of the main lobby where all the dancing and microphones happen. Don’t expect to go there to relax, even in quiet hours. I had a headache and there was no safe area to relax for me. The water park was alright but they over book, can’t even find a chair, food was bland and boring. I’m terribly disappointed for the cost of this trip I expected much more. We will not be back and recommend others only go with these things in mind, little sleep, tons of money and geared towards kiddos 10 and under.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during new years eve. Arcade, build-a-bear, candy art was our favorites for our 9 month old son. Omlt onw issue that we faced was high waiting time for restraunts. Overall, the experience was good. We will surely visit again.
