Extremely uncomfortable check-in. While I understand Peru has strict migration laws, the staff here handled the process with zero hospitality. After checking in, the front desk called my room and demanded I return to the lobby to scan a document they forgot. The staff acted disgusted and suspicious rather than helpful. As a frequent traveler (Expedia platinum), I’ve never felt less welcome. Great city, but skip this hotel if you want to be treated like a guest.

One of the best place that I've been to. It's very clean, spacious room and excellente room service. The restaurant staff were impecable and professional. Clean room, good service, honored a type of room I requested on a high floor and with the Pacific view - my room was on the 14th floor. I do not eat red meat so breakfast could have some cold cut turkey or chicken. Overall, very satisfied. This is a hotel I keep coming to for short stays since 2019.

Nice big room. Quite a high step to get in and out of shower/tub…could be problematic for some people. A very good taxi driver, Jamie, took us all over Lima for a reasonable rate and speaks perfect English. I would highly recommend him over a standard tour. He is available through the hotel.

Stayed for 4 nites. Overall it was a good facility with reasonable rates. The room was spacious and clean and the location good. The breakfast was impressive. We got a free bottle of water daily but were charged 24 soles for 3 tiny coffee pods (very strange and unheard of). And the coffee maker didn't even work (I called the front desk and the guy said he'd call me back but never did). The gym was tiny without a single treadmill (strange too). The shower did not have a curtain (just a half glass door) and water inevitably spilled over the floor after shower. I booked a room with 2 beds (nothing else available at the time) and when we checked in, they demanded an extra fee for changing to a room with a king bed.
