Room was not ready , was given keys to a room that had unmade beds and all the lights were on. Flooring coming apart. Sand on flooring and in couches. Couches are worn out.

Hotel was all around great and the service the only thing i didn't like was how ridiculously soft the bed was it was awful. It felt like if i was to move the bed wouldnt hold me and i roll onto the floor. Aslo the elevator seems slow to me.

The layout of the family suite was excellent. We liked that each room had a window that could open and let in the fresh air. Front desk staff was good. It was a little smelly from pets. I wish you had no pet options. The beds were not great. They were pretty soft. The location was good.
