The hotel is nice and in a good location. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel specifically for the pool (kids) and when we booked and arrived to check in they never mentioned the pool was closed. It was very disappointing to arrive and kids ready to swim and the pool is closed. Hotel manger did give us a discount which was nice and appreciated.

Our stay at the Legendary Lisboa Suites was a mixed experience. The first night, there was no hot water, and the next morning, there was no one available to fix it. The staff’s initial response was disappointing—one member simply said they couldn’t do anything. It took a second visit to reception before we were finally moved to a different room. The new room was an upgrade, which was a nice gesture, but I wish they had done that in the first place. It was more spacious and had two TVs—though only one actually worked. If a suite has both a bedroom and a lounge TV, you’d expect both to function. The suite itself felt tired and in need of an update. On the positive side, parking was great—free and hassle-free. However, the windows didn’t seal properly, so street noise was an issue. The beds were comfortable, particularly for those who prefer a firmer mattress. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro and buses. Overall, while there were positives, the service and room maintenance could definitely be improved

Very walkable nice area, surrounded by parks and restaurants; clean and convenient rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. Grocery shopping options nearby. Staff is helpful. We walked everywhere, but you can also get a cheap uber to get to the center.
