Housekeeping came in the room twice without knocking AFTER they had already done the service for the day. Also I waited 15 minutes at 11pm for someone from valet to come, they never came and I ended up parking down the street. When I got into the lobby the valet attendant was talking with the front desk staff.

The manager was so rude. They only had 1 room left, were oversold and could only give me a room that had no windows. I went to another hotel and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Never again staying here.

Tiny rooms and valet issues

Rooms much smaller than advertised, the room we saw online had a sitting area, the room we were given did not. Valet gave us the wrong key fab, that we found out about after driving 45 min to eat dinner, then having to wait on them to bring the key fab back. The black glass restroom was again not online, and being able to see through the clear lines on the black glass bathroom was not appealing. I made my husband go out of the room for me to use the restroom. The closet/drawer space was non existent. The excessive booming noise all night kept us awake. Overall the room was clean, the front desk was nice however the visit was very inconvenient.

Outstanding stay

It was an outstanding stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bedding and the shower were awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the bar and the food was delicious!
