Location is excellent, right on La Plaza Grande. However, this is a bare-minimum hotel. The bathroom sink had cracks, the decor was old and unattractive, and there was no kettle to make tea or coffee and no fridge.

Nice central hotel for a family.

A nice hotel in the middle of the Locarno. The man in the reception was really helpful and service minded. We got help eäwith both parking anfäd nice places to visit. A bit poor breakfast but a charmig location with a french balcony towards the street. It was really warm days and the fan had to short cord so the windows needed to be open why the noises from the street were disturbing. The room was spacious so there was a great familyroom. Close to restaurants, shops and adventures.

Clean room with a little balcony. Was overlooking the bar so got quite loud and we had to keep the balcony open in the night due to no air conditioning so it was noisy. However, friendly staff and lovely hotel near a coop and very walkable to the town centre.

Pretty and convenient - a little lacking in detail

The staff were friendly, and it was very central. This is 3 star so some of the amenities were a bit basic (uncomfortable bed but good pillows). Things that could have helped were chairs for the balcony, stronger overhead light bulb in the main room, toaster at breakfast). Convenient for one night.

Great location in town centre. However, no Air condition and only one fans avaible for 2 rooms. Quite noisy street. We booked a room in the hotel but instead got rooms in a building across the street. Very expensive breakfast that wasnt good and difficult to find a healthy Choice in the buffet.

Very poor hotel in a good location, no AC, weird smell in rooms (bleach in one, smoke in the other), only one receptionist was kind, the rest wouldn't smile much or even interact. Parking too expensive, for a parking that's 5 mins away from the hotel.

Accessing the property is difficult. Street parking is very hard to find, and the road design in Locarno makes it harder to navigate. The rooms also have no AC. It can be very loud at night to open the windows because it’s at the plaza.

Carmen am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt eher altmodisch, was sich auch in der Gästestruktur widerspiegelt – überwiegend ältere Gäste. Das Frühstück ist eher dürftig, mit einer kleinen, aber noch akzeptablen Auswahl. Milchalternativen fehlen komplett, sodass Veganer dort kaum etwas finden. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Kissen sehr hart. Lage dafür super zentral, dafür halt etwas lauter.
