This was a last minute family trip. I have to say that the staff at the front desk was amazing. Thank you so much to Sharon, Hadigah and Marsha that made sure that we had everything we needed and accommodated us. From upgrade request to late check out (last minute). You are the best!. The rollaway bed I requested was delivered in a timely manner. The maid service was very good. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The elevator is slow. Unfortunately a guest was smoking in a room and the fire alarm went off in the wee hours waking my grandchildren up, but actually it's reassuring to know that the fire alarm works.

The staff were very attentive however our first night there the smoke alarm went off throughout the building waking everyone up. The fire department had to come and it took close to 45 minutes to get the alarm to stop. Later in the night another alarm went off in the hallway - it took about 30 minutes for that alarm to stop. Staff were apologetic, however compensation should have been offered.

I really liked the hotel. I was here for a wedding. It was comfortable, water was hot. Bathroom was great. My big issue was I could hear the kids in the next room. The walls are not very sound proof. It made it hard to sleep. Otherwise would be a 5 star
