We enjoyed the pleasant and cheerful staff at Best Western, and breakfast that provided energy for our day. Though, we did find the room had some cleanliness issues. The floor had stray, long, black hairs on some surfaces, and dust layers on others. No WiFi service at the hotel during our 4-day stay was unfortunate. The Jeep parades on Long Beach were most entertaining, and restaurants within walking distance most appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Long Beach!

We were placed at the room right next to the front office reception, breakfast area, and in front of the elevators. This room should be majorly discounted for the inconvenience, noise level, and disregard for the occupants of this room. Very disappointing, as the owners of the facility need to make money on this room that should be a closet or storage area as it's adjoining to the breakfast room for the entire facility. Will not be back!

Our room hd leftover garbage from previous customer in the bathroom in two different spots and on the floor by one of the beds. The TV cable was not set up and some of the towels smelled dirty. Unfortunate when they spend more time cleaning the lobby than the rooms. Bonus: one of the bathroom towels made me break out in a painful rash all over my body.

This property was what I expected. Staff was professional and courteous. For budget minded travelers this is a great option. Property was clean and well maintained. I did find a pair of mens sweat pants behind a chair in my room but otherwise the room and bedding were clean.

The hotel front desk staff was very courteous and the hotel and room were all in very good shape and very clean as well. The only negative was the breakfast in the morning was pretty awful but I would stay there again for sure
