I will start this by saying we have stayed in a lot of hotels recently. The room they gave us was pretty much in the lobby and eating area, so it was incredibly noisy. When I asked for a different room that was further away, I was told there were no other king rooms available. The beds were very hard ( I finally fell asleep at about 4 AM.) and the breakfast was not very good. I tried the scrambled eggs, and they were kind of wet. There was water in the chafing dish. The bacon seem like microwave, bacon, and the biscuits and gravy were definitely not fresh. They seem to start working on laundry a good hour before we checked out. We were right across the hall from it and it was ridiculously noisy. Pros- Proximity to restaurants and shops
