You get what you pay for. The staff seems pretty nice but the other guests might sketch u out. Rooms are decently clean & the a/c heater units work well. Decent size fridge & microwave, coffee maker available that i did not use. In the morning they do have coffee in the lobby. I dont think there was a safe but the rooms do have an additional deadbolt and stopper. Parking on site always has space w both parking garage and outdoor options, lot is decently secluded. Windows in rooms open to get fresh air. Not the most sound proof rooms so if you dont want to hear sirens and honking then bring earplugs. elevators are kinds scary but they work and have keycard thingies for guests. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are not accessible to the public without cards also. Nothing fancy dut does the job. Area is decent with convenient resturaunts and stores all within a couple blocks. No more sketchy than the rest of LA. The driveway is slightly confusing since theres a starbucks right next to it a little narrow, but not bad. if you want shampoo/bodywash, its not in the room when u enter but *i think* the front desk has some if you ask.

The bed in room 233 is ridiculously loud. It squeaks with any little movement. We thought it would give out at any given moment. The occupants above the room, walked around like Jolly Green Giants. The room smelled stale and the lighting is horrible.

i have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and never had an issue till this most recent trip in February 2025. The room felt dirty then when we pulled back the sheets they were dirty! Will not be staying again.
