When we arrive no one was available there was no staff there was a phone number that we couldn't even reach anyone at it was just a voicemail that was not set up there were people outside smoking marijuana the place was a mess it was unacceptable I will never go back there again

The room was fine, the bed a bit soft, it was not very quiet. Toilet on the first floor. Manager was nice and helpful. I felt safe.
