This was the most incompetent check in ever, and I travel a lot. Reservationist did not have a record of my reservation and turned ugly, telling me to wait another hour and call Expedia myself. Then kicked me out of the hotel for not accepting this explanation and needing to call Expedia myself. Expedia quickly fixed the situation but the desk attendant needs some serios customer service training. Done with La Quinta for good. Thank you Expedia for remediying this crap show

Worst La Quinta I have ever been. Pretty much a motel, room access is from outside, crappy stairs, unknown people yelling at midnight and in the morning. Room is very outdated. Breakfast is good enough on the other hand.

Stayed for 2 nights. The area was convenient and suprisingly quiet. Appreciated the room being stocked (TP, towels, and Dove wash/shampoo/conditioner). The room was clean enough and the TV was modern and worked (big plus). Rooms are being upgraded and there was construction on site, but aside from seeing it, never heard it for it to be a problem. Wifi worked, strong enough. The breakfast was convenient also but not a huge selection. Too cold to use the pool, but looked taken care of. Definitely would recommend. Felt very safe, and considering we were with our toddler it was a major plus.

Communication about construction was upfront and it was never loud or too much. I left a suitcase in the room and didn’t realize it till I got to the airport and they were accommodating and kept it safe till a friend could pick it up.

My first stay in the morning 3/25/25 I came in to desk early morning around 8:30-9 AM and asked for housekeeping, and the man there he said no problem, you will get it, I came back around 5 PM and the room not made, I went down to the desk and talked to lady have tattoo at her hand she was very nice and she send the housekeeping and they did the room for me.

They are currently still remodeling, I think they should be clearer about that. Elevators were not working and only 2nd and 3rd floors available, and I was carrying heavy luggage. There was no electricity in some rooms, other guests having to switch while I was waiting for mine. No scrambled eggs or others in the dining, only hard boiled. I sat somewhere in the diner, and once in my room I realized my back was full of dirt, most likely from a chair. Bed was old and noisy, and smelling like an old lady’s perfume (they most likely didn’t change the bedsheets). I chose this hotel because of the bathtub, but there was no stopper, and the bathtub had a plastic sticker coming off, so no chance of taking a bath. Overall, not a nice experience. I will try to avoid La Quinta hotels from now on due to similar experiences throughout this hotel chain. Sorry for giving a bad review, I hope it could help as feedback.

Excellent staff. Courteous and professional. The room was very old and used up. Some renovation work was going on during our stay and did not affect our visit. Pool area looked nice. Good parking. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Seemed quiet enough during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was adequate if not super fresh. Probably wouldn’t return in it’s (the hotels) current condition.

This property is under major construction. We were not made aware prior to booking. Workers were hammering, sawing, all the noise all day. The laundry facility is out of order. The ice machine doesn’t work. Our shower had no hot water. Our room was dirty and run down. You’re better off staying at the Motel 6 across the street.
