Check in was ok room could have been better not as clean as you would expect internet was horrible when called to check on it only response was everyone is using it so you have to walk around to find a good spot front desk help needs work if you need to work or need reliable internet or front desk that helps or cares find other arrangements

The first room I checked into had a stench of cigarette smell and the room was supposed to be non-smoking. Fortunately, the front desk attendant allowed us to change rooms. The air conditioning unit was under inspection at the time we were staying so it made us feel uncomfortable about the air quality in our room. Overall, cleanliness was fine but beds and pillows were so worn in, it made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Follow up

Check in was busy because they were short staffed apparently but the lady did a fantastic job and when things had slowed down the front desk called my room to ask if everything was satisfactory.
