Appearance of the room was very nice for the price. However there were a few hairs on the sheets. They quickly changed all the bedding, were apologetic and the room did appear to be clean otherwise.

Hotels.com discrepancies but great hotel

The check in with hotels.com was weir because when I arrived the date was a little off but they managed to fix it. The room I booked on hotels and the room they gave me were different but I was charged the correct price and I was still happy with the room! It was comfortable, they had tags for the door that said "Maid service requested" and "do not disturb." The mini fridge was a good size and the microwave and iron were good condition. The TVs have rokus which is very nice. Overall I would comeback here again especially for the price.

Many positive things about the property including: great staff at the property; clean room; access to an electric car charging station. A couple things could be added to make it even better: would have liked a bar/hook to hang the hand towel on next to the sink. And a coffee maker would have been nice.

I did not stay here because I made a reservation and when I get there they fill me there was no reservation even when I had a confirmation number and a clear message from Expedia saying I booked. After awhile they find my reservation and the lady tells me they only have 2 queen beds available for the time price when I booked a king room with a fireplace! Which I know is more expensive. I could not cancel my reservation so I booked else where!!

Furthermore, a diverse selection of pillows, including at least two firm and two soft options, must be provided to meet the varied preferences of all guests.
