The guy at the front desk was so nice! He said it was his first day and he was super accommodating and helpful and so friendly! Made small talk and was helpful in explaining the hotel and area. Motel is updated you can tell. May have been older before but is remodeled for sure now. Nice finishings and clean. No carpet, which to me every room should be that way! Flooring is the nastiest thing a room can have, so this helps. Beds seemed to be simple and clean. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker which is nice too. Some don’t which is an odd surprise but is something I do find traveling. Bathroom was clean and updated as well. It’s honestly a nice modern, remodeled room, especially for its price. It’s kind of untelling when you pull in, but don’t let that turn you away. It’s a nice place. Also, they lock the gate at the entrance of the parking lot at night too. Which I think is a plus anywhere! Made me feel safe w my car and the stuff inside. But doesn’t really seem to look or feel unsafe anyways. Also noticed there is cameras outside all over so that’s a comfort too. Definitely think this is a nice little remodeled stay if you’re driving through or visiting maybe even. I’d stay again for sure

Excellent price for an updated room and free parking. If you're looking for a clean, basic hotel at a very affordable price this is it. Friendly staff and a short walk to several restaurants and grocery store. Gas bbq grill in a sitting area in back. Free parking behind a secure gate. We stayed here for our Price is Right adventure, just 10 minutes away. Come on down!

Sakura Inn (Sakura Motel)

The problem that I had was my room had a light urine smell, it it seemed to be coming from the corner wall near the bed. Also, under the bed the floor was filthy. The pictures of the room type were great and it felt like a bait and switch situation unfortunately. Sheet smell like chlorine, mini fridge was loud. A staff just checked me in with no real greeting and info about the property.

I enjoyed my stay, but could not extend 1 day so i was pushed out of my room by someone knocking on the door telliing me to get out. I rushed to get out of my room and ended up leaving all my stuff in the dresser drawers valued at approx $300.00. After I left the motel I checked into The Glendale Express and they let me check in early after hearing my story of being rushed out of my motel. Later I called the motel and asked about all my stuff that I left in the room 303 and they said we put all your stuff in the trash. I will never go back.
