Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Underground parking has over 8 feet of headspace. Good for larger vehicles. About a $20 uber to universal studios with a UberXL. Much cheaper for a smaller car. About $100 uber from the airport. If you are going to Disneyland area pre plan your ride. Peak evening hours can cost $250-$300 for an Uber 1 way. I would easily stay here again and would recommend to others. Not sure if other amenities in the area. That’s not what we came for.

When I booked this hotel, I was impressed by the positive reviews and appealing photos, unfortunately my actual experience was very different. To start, the pillows were extremely flat, and the sheets were neither warm nor comfortable, they felt stiff, almost like cardboard. The sink became clogged unexpectedly, which was puzzling since we were only at the hotel to sleep and spent minimal time using the facilities. My little sister slept on the couch, which was already uncomfortable, and woke up with bed bug bites. (You can refer to the Google review for photos.) We were told by the front desk that room service wouldn't be available until Sunday, which was the day we were checking out. However, on Sunday room service came in unannounced at 8 AM, opening the door while we were still asleep, completely disregarding our privacy. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised online. I hope management takes these issues seriously to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.
