Gabriel at the front desk was very polite and helpful, seriously went the extra mile to make sure frat we were comfortable - we had some questions about the thermostat in the room not really warming up (cold night) and he immediately took care of it. The TV that is another story, not working but that was not Gabriel’s fault. Pillows were super comfy - blankets too. Thank you so much! :) ,

This property by its cross street speaks for itself. Old and timeless with a fun modern-day twist on wheels. The people and their welcome are brilliant! There has never been an incident that hasn't been resolved with the kindness. The fires in January 2025 were incredibly challenging for so many people. The level of intelligence and decency really helped secure hotel V a STAR. Thank you!!!!!

We loved everything, but it is one of the rather dingy areas of Venice Beach. The hotel can't control that. The one other issue is that parking overnight is $55 tax. That's a lot for one night in a dingy area. The hotel itself was clean, we had a great view of the beach, and the staff was lovely.

This is the best hotel i’ve been at hands down. Not only is the location top tier, you have incredible views with friendly staff and practically walking distance for anything. I stayed over the weekend with my partner and the place was very clean and although you are right by the beach, the building’s noise level is very low which I found to be great. If you are going to Venice, it’s worth the money to stay here!

Amazing stay here! Highly recommended! We absolutely loved our stay here, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely and newly renovated, loved the Aesop toiletries provided, water, and coffee. There is also a filtered water station which was super convenient. We brought our dog here and they provided a nice bed and bowls for him. Super convenient location and lots of food nearby. We heard Venice beach could be sketchy at night time but it was totally fine - we walked our dog along the beach every night around 9-10pm and didn’t feel unsafe at all. Would definitely come back and stay here again!
