There used to be a closet door and where the door would have been there is some sort of screws sticking out the floor. The bottom of the fridge door had a metal piece sticking out. I wiped the floor in the kitchen in one SMALL area and the paper towel was black

Our family stayed for 9 nights and loved the spacious suite, comfortable beds and great breakfast. We were able to bring our two small dogs with us which was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Close proximity to shopping centres. Overall good layout of the suites. But property requires upgrade. The Air Conditioning was a bit annoying. But the staff was super friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff is the positive here. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated and cleanliness is not a main focus. The sofa bed mattress had evident mold, so we were unable to use as they could not provide an immediate replacement. We had to leave early due to an unexpected issue at a major youth sporting event in the area. The staff agreed to a refund for the days unused, which was greatly appreciated.

Both my wife and I had our legs broken in a car accident so we are on walkers … we were placed on the second floor in the middle of the building where we had a long haul just to get to the room shortly after check out the electricity kept going out .. we received no call or update just waiting till it comes back on

Excellent is the best way to describe pit experience. Staff were extremely professional and courteous. I will recommend this place any day. We plan staying here again on our next visit.
