Great experience staying at this Best Western. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was very clean and everything worked properly. The beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast everyday was actually hot and good! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and so glad we found this hotel!

Elevator smells and is very slow. Didn't have hot water for a shower. Toilets don't flush well. Room is to light to sleep with all lights off. Air planes coming and going all night. Price was way to much.

My car was side swiped in their parking lot

My car was side swiped in the parking lot. There was a camera pointing right at it, so I asked if I could get the footage. A manager there told me it would take a while to get the footage from the server, but took my info and said he would send it to me. I never got an, even after I emailed to follow up. Definitely a shady place.

There is nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, parking lot was good size, staff was friendly and helpful. I may have been so tired after the Oaks that the bed was comfortable but the bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on in Louisville. Noise from the roads is not bothersome. Great experience and will definitely keep on the list for future Derby weekends.
