The location is very convenient to touring old Lyon. Clara and Mae at the reception desk were superb - i was not feeling well and Mae helped me find a market that sold soup and then heated it up for me in the kitchen. Loved my 2 nights there!

Nice enough hotel in old town by river. Good location. No mini bar which is unusual. However u can get cold water and sparkling water free from bar.

Wonderful boutique hotel in great location

Excellent boutique hotel in perfect location in the old part of Lyon. The staff was wonderful Paul, Clara and Lulu. Loved that they filled our water bottles and even offered complimentary sparkling water. Wish coffee was offered. Also wish there was a shower curtain. Will definitely stay there again. We had the perfect trip

The hotel is in a brilliant location, making the centre of Lyon completely within walking distance. Private and secure parking is available as long as you arrange it beforehand due to limited space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying in Lyon in future.

Disappointing

Very basic room no mini bar or coffee/tea facilities had to get water carafe from bar. Bathroom had shower in bath no shower curtain jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Constant buzzer noise somewhere in corridor. Reception staff were very nice but wouldn’t stay here again
