Hotel was not clean clothing from previous people still in room. Dead bugs and hair in shower. Shower head was so low it only hit my shoulders I had to duck to wash my hair and I’m only 5’5”. Poor lighting outside unit. Broken handle in shower. Just overall Gross.

The free hot breakfast was not available, which was one of the reasons I picked Quality Inn. I requested maid service, but the room wasn't cleaned, and there was no microwave in the room. I rate Quality Inn 5.5

- the pool door had mold stains on it and it was extremely warm, way too warm to get inside - the door lock with the communicating room was not very trustable - the door to the room was full of dead bugs and spiders - finally no breakfast available (we had to elsewhere to get breakfast)

Room size was great, felt bigger than your average hotel room. Also enjoyed the view from the balcony. For the negatives, immediately upon walking up to the room first impression was the door was covered in cobwebs and bugs. The shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it. Shower head was so low that I felt like I needed to duck down to use it (for reference I’m 5 ft). Toilet struggled to flush. Overall was fine for one night but wouldn’t stay here again.

There are LOT of problems with this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I had booked a deluxe room (higher price) but the property gave me a standard room (basic room). The manager gave me the reason that they were fully booked and kept insisting that the standard room was the deluxe room. They never upgraded me the actual booked room but I was able to get this sorted out via Orbitz. The property and room is itself unclean. The room phone doesn’t work. If you need anything, you have to walk all the way to a different building to get to the reception or request for anything. For extra towels and pillows they asked for number of people in the room which I have never experienced in any hotel. They have mentioned to provide beach towels but that never came through due to unavailability. The comforter had blood stains on them. The carpet wasn’t clean. When pointing these things out they just say that the room was cleaned before handing over the keys. The entire experience was horrible with them.

The bottom step to the stairs was dry rotted and gave way on me, took a very big tumble. Manager of property was nowhere to be found. Stayed for 4 nights tried every day to contact him/her would never get back to me. The people at the check desk were no help either. Had to get a set towels for each day they would not trust me with no more than 2 towels at a time. Much better places to stay, this is why I don’t like to prepay for my rooms once they have your money, they are done with you and couldn't less about you.
