Clean rooms, professional staff, and the location is prime both for transportation and for sights to see. Only negative was that they tried charging us for using the breakfast service more times than we actually did (we used it twice, but charged us for three times) and they added a minibar charge as well, even though we never used it. Didn’t like that. Thankfully, the concierge took off the charge, but it’s upsetting anything like that is even possible to begin with.

Great location! Walkable to most tourists destinations and public transportation is near by. Good price for the location but lack some amenities… no refrigerator and no safe. I would recommend this hotel for its central location!

Wonderful stay in renovated rooms in the heart of Madrid on our family vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great views even from the cute bathroom window. The terrace on the 9th floor is beautiful to relax after a busy day and the two ladies serving there were so lovely. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

This beautiful hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions in Old Madrid. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Room was well appointed & very comfortable. Would highly recommend it.
