Great hotel in Madrid

This is a great hotel! Our room was clean, if we forgot anything they pretty much had us covered, great location near everything the tours we met at or just sightseeing. Our favorite was the electric blinds how noise canceling and blocked the light that we ended up sleeping in. Upstairs has a patio and bar just overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Love this hotel, location, location , location , near everything and lots of restaurants, cafes to eat near the hotel, and shopping, the rooms are soooo comfortable, they have this shutters that live the room complety dark, and no noise at all. Breakfast is available, very good !! The Staff is super helpful . I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’ll come back to Madrid . We were in the 7 floor and the view was super cool. Ask for a corner room they’re bigger.

Absolutely stunning hotel, we had a beautiful large room with a stunning bathroom and a walk-in closet area. Huge for Europe. Also, the reception staff were elegant, sophisticated and very well informed. They gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast and were always helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.

The location was perfect for a first time visit to Madrid! The property was exceptional And exceeded our expectations, despite the reviews being complimentary and highly rated, it was outstanding! The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the afternoon coffee bar and rooftop Terrace with Jaunella as our server. Highly recommend if Madrid City Center is your primary interest to Enjoy the stay and launch a great vacation in this wonderful Spanish city! People were so friendly and Courteous even during Holy Week Celebrations and crowds.

Wonderful stay!

Booked on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Location great - near metro stations, restaurants, cafes. Easy walk to major sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had wide variety of options. Had a great room (805) looking over Gran Via. First night was loud (arrived on a Saturday) but slept well subsequent nights. No complaints with housekeeping; loved the turn down service. 9th floor is the lounge/bar area and terrace. Wonderful place to unwind after a day of walking about. Will definitely stay here again.

Location at the Gran Via is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, Puerta del Sol, Playa Mayor and other attractions and public transport options. The windows were sound proof so no issues with noise at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the instructions on how to use the metro and get to the airport when the roads were blocked for a marathon. One of the highlights is that we arrived in an early red-eye flight and as they had a room available, they let check in earlier than the usual time. We so much appreciate it and it made a great difference. The server at breakfast was so nice and made us start our day with a smile. This will be the place I would return when I am back in Madrid! Beautiful and lively city! People were friendly, the food was amazing and so many places worth visiting. Would love to come back.
