We took a bit of a punt on this hotel, but it was spot on. From the great room (big, clean, modern etc) to the lovely staff (in reception, breakfast etc) and it's central location. Note - it can be a bit noisy through the night, but we would 100% use again & recommend - thanks Hotel Regente!

Although the hotel staff were very pleasant, this hotel was greatly lacking in basic amenities.. no shampoo and conditioner, hard floors with no area rugs and no USB receptacles. Room service never replenished our complementary coffee and there was no cream! The refrigerator never got very cold so my milk that I had to buy for my coffee was barely cold.

Perfect Location. Old hotel. Large rooms. Only two elevators, which made for a long wait. Good breakfast but unpleasant dining room staff. On the days I stayed, there were renovations in an adjacent hotel and the noise was a real nuisance, which led to a room change.
