Poor service. In person reception only available from 8-6p. So any after hour issues are painful. Rented the 2br apartment. Our key cards were deactivated in one day: Can’t get into the building or your room. The bathroom door handle disengaged and wouldn’t open the door, effectively locking our daughter in the bathroom. The call to the emergency services from the lobby phone was met with: “there’s nothing I can do, force the door.” The kitchen sink leaked. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The decorative bathroom molding was falling apart and there was not enough hot water for a family of four to shower. On the bright side, the woman at the reception desk was terrific when present. The location is great for walkability. The apartment was spacious.

Nice place

Nice place. Some things were missing in the kitchen sonó had to get a pan in the Store close to the venue but the rest was ok with superb cleanliness and safe place. There is a metro station just in front of the building.

Great apartment for friends, families and couples traveling together. Great location. Outside square is lively afternoons and evenings meaning it can be noisy. The windows are mostly soundproof but ear plugs will do the trick if you're a light sleeper. We loved our stay and would happily stay again!

I booked two rooms for my family and I during our stay in Madrid. Communication was excellent, the rooms were modern and spacious. Had all the amenities you need for our stay. I would give it 5 stars but there were just couple minor issues. In one of the bathrooms the shower and sink were clogged. Luckily the rooms had two full baths. And there road works outside the building, even at the middle of the night. Not great for light sleepers.

Great location, short distance to Plaza Major and Plaza del Sol. Two nice restaurants in the plaza and two groceries stores next door. Very clean and modern apartment. The city was working rebuilding the street but it wasn’t very noisy. It was nice having a door receptionist during the day. Metro and bus stops just steps away. We really enjoyed our stay!

need to improve but overall is ok

the property door some of it do not have handles. the bathroom in the master bed room do nothave door which is quite odd so you have to close the bedroom room to take a bath. and there is no handle to the master bed room door . to our apartments. but the location of the apartment is quite central. the apartments are quite spacious. in term of cleanliness, its ok. of the sofa bed was not cleaned at all, we complain to the receptiona and they cleaned it straight away.

The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances.

It was ok

The check-in process was not ideal. We got to the door and got buzzed in but once in we didn’t know what to do. So we picked up the phone and called and they said they would be with us soon. However, we waited a while with no instructions. The lady at check-in was not very welcoming. The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable. The shower upstairs did not drain and we let them know, but did not hear back. And we also wish there was more coffee than just for one person for one time.

Good: - unit was a fantastic, spacious duplex. - LIDL right next store. - Walking distance to many attractions. - Washer and drying rack. Bad: - Upstairs shower no hot water. - A door handle was broken. - Shady characters outside of entrance. - No parking, nearby garages charge ~30 EUR for 24 hours.

The property was centrally located in Madrid and was very convenient. The room was clean and was well designed. It offered everything we needed, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, dishes, cups and glasses, washing machine, etc. The only issue we had was that the items (shampoo, body wash, coffee pods) were supplied only for one day. I wish they had given us enough for the days we stayed there.
