Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms with the most wonderful tub and shower (bath salts included). Our room was cleaned twice a day - be sure to check the drawers in the bathroom before you leave.
