The staff were supper friendly and helpful. The room and accommodations were perfect for what we needed during our trip. The location was very central and directly on Gran Via. It made it easy to navigate to see the sites during our visit.

The location was amazing; you're literally in the middle of Gran Via. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only issue we had was with the elevators; one of the two elevators was constantly broken, so we had to take the stairs multiple times due to the long wait. Besides that issue, this location is perfect.

Rooms were clean, spent 4 nights there and no cleaning services were provided despite following instructions of placing sign on door. Room wasn’t facing the street as in the picture, no natural light. The restaurant was great and the staff were amazing, Gabi and Juan are the best!!!

The property is listed as 4 stars, but it feels quite deteriorated and no longer matches that category. The online photos appear outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. There was a constant sewer-like smell in the hallways and common areas — not inside the rooms, but present throughout the building despite efforts to mask it with scents. My room also had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I think Hotels.com should consider reviewing or verifying the star ratings displayed on the site. Some hotels clearly haven’t been requalified or inspected in years, and this affects trust in the platform. Guests rely on those ratings to make informed choices, so keeping them accurate and up to date would make a real difference.

This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest. The lobby is quite small and can feel a bit crowded at times, and the sofa bed did not smell amazing. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of Madrid!

The property is very centric, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast is ok but sometimes a little crowded because this hotel offers breakfast for all other sister hotels. We were never able to enjoy Ella Sky bar because it was always crowded with people not staying at the property. The staff is nice and helpful. The good thing is you have a washer/dryer inside the unit you rent. So that a plus in Spain.
