The open floor-plan layout has a good-sized living area and updated kitchen with granite counters and new slate flooring. Just Renovated Bathrooms and kitchen floor. Enjoy watching 65" TV in living room (with new slim TV ledge) and 58" TV in the Master Bedroom. Brand New ceiling fans in both bedrooms! With two spacious bedrooms and two baths, this condo makes a great get-away! This will quickly become your favorite place to stay in Mammoth year round!

Juniper Springs Lodge is a full amenity complex at the base of Eagle Lodge. Amenities include a year-round heated swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, recently updated fitness room, onsite coffee shop/store, ski lockers and heated underground parking (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Juniper Springs Lodge also offers Tesla and other electric vehicle charging stations for guests.

Beyond the abundance of outdoor activities -- golfing, hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, hot air ballooning, etc. -- The town of Mammoth offers a nice medley of restaurants that run the gamut from casual fun to fine dining. Ultra-hip boutiques and day spas can be found in the Village and on Main Street.

Mammoth also has a growing arts and cultural scene with performing arts, live music, and arts & crafts festivals throughout the year.
