Rooms were really good - clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was bright and clean, staff were good, food was excellent. A great choice of options for breakfast. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the location was ideal for Piccadilly Station or Piccadilly Gardens - would be a great options for visiting the Christmas markets.

Clean room. Breakfast good, lots of choice. Bed nice and comfy. Room quiet, no noise from street or neighbours. They need to sort the cold draught that sweeps through the bar and restaurant every time someone enters the hotel!

Positives: Ideal location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Suite rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Negatives: Fire alarm went off late evening and we (along with other guests) were not able to leave the building using the fire exit doors on 2 seperate levels (key cards did not work) Luckily it was a false alarm but we had to find an alternative exit. Separately, a coffee cup had a lipstick mark on it and there was a used plaster stuck to one of the towels.
