We have stayed at this hotel several times. Great location right next to Piccadilly station but a small walk if you’re heading into town. Rooms are big and comfortable with all the amenities you need. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

The windows do not both (I love fresh air) The room is quite large, clean and modern, good solid bed (I like firm mattress) The AC was not working properly and after a number of tries rebooting from hotel management, it did. I liked the guys working at front desk / very accommodating

Great spa facilities

The breakfast was very nice, however the vegetarian option was limited. There could have been mushrooms and vege sausages. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were fantastic and the staff were very polite and professional, would highly recommend them and would definitely be back to this hotel on my next visit to Manchester
