Nice suites

The suites were very clean, but it was more run down than our last visit there. The doorwall didn't lock; the bathroom knob was falling off; and you sink when you sit on the couch. On the plus side, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the table and chairs in both the dining room and balcony were very comfortable, the shower was nice, the pool area was well maintained and had comfy seats and tables in the shade.

It was passable and decent value compared to others in the area, but some poorly maintained elements. Could be better.

The property was definitely a motel. The room had been cleaned with cleaner that left a residue. One of the towels was worn. The room was very dated. There was no beach nearby. The pool was okay. the deck chairs outside were very worn. The Sunset Grill was walking distance and great - best part of the location.

Great location

Love the location of the property. We love the views, walking to Sunset Grille and having easy access to everything in Marathon. The property is in need of some updates but it was clean and well stocked with bedding and towels and other necessities. This is our 2nd stay and will definitely return again.

Weekend in the Keys

The air conditioner seemed to blow iut moldy smelling air. In all fairness, it is South Florida so I think this is pretty common. Good location, can walk to a great restaurant for sunsets.

The location, communication, price are great. The interior of the room needs some TLC. the stove doesn’t fit under the counter so it sits on the wall. The tables, chairs, bathroom cabinets, need replacement. Walls need painting or updating. Wires need to be hid. Understand new owners are spending money for updates which takes time. Morgan was very accommodating.
