I checked in close to 10p on a Tuesday night only to find the room next ti me smelling like someone was smoking weed. It’s so dam loud of people coming back and forth and early morning house keeping making a ton of noise etc.. just awful

This day for me and my boyfriend and at the time you know, we’re really excited you know we got this deluxe room supposedly had like a kitchenette and everything well when I got there it took me like 25 It’s just to check in and then I got to the room and it was horrible. It was neat and everything, but it was just very now what I expected. I expected something more like fancy and when I said I would pay the difference they said I couldn’t change the room. ended up, leaving about an hour after I got there and wasted my points that I had saved up for a long time and also some cash that I had paid for for the room, but I just wish they were a little bit more attentive and a little bit more caring about you know what the customer wants
