Older Motel but clean and tidy, unfortunately the location is on a very busy road and without some soundproofing efforts it made for a very noisy night.

My daughter and i stayed 1 night before a dance competion nearby, so we were really only there to sleep. However, we were guven a warm welcome on arrival by Kathy who was very helpful when I asked where to go for dinner. The hotel was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Would stay again.

Last night at 9:00 PM, you charged my card for a room at Alexandra Motor Inn in Essendon. However, when I arrived, the receptionist refused to give me the room, saying it was “too late for check-in.” If late check-in is not allowed, why was my booking accepted and my money taken? This is unacceptable. I demand either immediate accommodation or a full refund without delay.

Handy, neat, tidy (and quiet) last minute room that was away from the road side of property. After hours checkin-in easy to navigate with clear communitcations by management. Definitely would utilise again if a function or activity was nearby
