I order my room and 5 minutes later I was able to check into my room. The bridge connects to Terminal 1. Easy walk to OXXO and many restaurants inside CDMX airport. Big TV and comfortable beds for my family

For being one of the most known and prestigious hotels in CDMX it was horrible. As soon as we got to the room there was a cockroach on the bathroom sink. The line to check in was huge and took over 20 minutes to get through even at midnight. The property is dated and needs fumigated. Wont be staying there again.
