We stayed overnight between flight connections. The hotel was fantastic. As soon as we called ( the number on our Expedia receipt) after we landed they told us exactly where to go. There was a woman who found us and told us where to wait for the shuttle. Could not have been easier. We had a nice dinner and then breakfast and the shuttle took us back to the airport in the morning. My husband worked out in their gym. Lovely service and very clean hotel.

We have been with this hotel before, but this time was extremely noisy. Too many people in the hallways at late night hours slamming doors left and right. The location is very close to the airport we like that. So we’ll be back.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides that I had an amazing trip and will definitely be back

Fabulous staff. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. We liked the breakfast buffet and when we had paid for breakfast but had to depart before the buffet was open, they gave us sandwiches “to go” which worked out perfectly for food on our flight.

It nice and clean the only thing was that in the shower water would get out of the shower we're the toilet was and it could be dangerous because it was slippery
