I didnt get my luggage up to my room for a few hours and I called the front desk and was repeatedly told that it wa son its way. when in fact they never sent anyone. I finally got fed up and went downstairs to get it myself. We ended up missing our dinner reservations that night an i was so upset!

Not worth it

Quality of service was similar to a Motel 6. Watered down drinks at bar for $27 each. Valet reeked of marijuana and carried the smell into my car. Watched a bar tender intentionally give a patron wrong directions because she "had an attitude", later joking about it with other guests. Shower floors were noticeably broken and rusted. Not worth the price when countless hotels are on the same strip.

worse hotel we ever stayed in very poor staff all around, room never had towels in it we always had to call for it and wait for it and had to call several times rooms were barley cleaned beds Never changed in the 5 nights we were there bottom line will never go back will never recommend it to a friend another major issue is elevators which are been used by hotel staff cleaning staff and all construction workers instead of taking the service elevator another thing is the hotel is under construction i made sure to call in advance to ask if they were and the flat out said no so they clearly trying to hide the fact that they are under construction and i had the right to know that before booking i will be seaking a full refund for my stay

I love the location. But they had too many guest. Last time brought our luggage up. Couldn’t get a chair on the beach or by the pool. Guy ordered us a taxi for airport told him we could order uber but reassured us it would be faster. Two taxi calls later and finally and uber. Was a contact lense in the sink, mold in the bathroom.
