They don’t offer airport shuttle service

Overpriced! Hotels need to get the hotel information correct. I booked so that we could shuttle to the airport. $375 later I had to spend $75 for an Uber as they don’t offer shuttle service. Not worth what I paid.

Bed disappointing

I was disappointed in the room as Hampton standards go. We stayed just 1 night, and just wanted a good night's sleep. But the a/c was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temp. It seemed either too hot or too cold. And the top sheet ( which is important to me) was so skimpy that it was not long enough to be tucked in at the base, and did not go to the edge of the bed when we were both on our sides. And the only other choice was the very heavy, very hot duvet. Service and breakfast were fine.

The room assigned was musty and smelled like a wet dog. Requested switching rooms and the second room was just as musty in smell. Purchased air freshener to help make it through my stay. The staff were not exactly friendly but they were not nasty with an attitude. The hotel can do with deep clean. I personally would not return.

Hotel was old a ran down. I read the reviews and thats why i choose it but it was the complete opps. Had to wait till 2pm to actually gret into my hotel. Walked in and the handy man spraying spray paint on the AC Vent. The receptionist stated the rooms wasn’t clean yet however going into the room its like what did they clean. Pint chippings falling from the ceiling and you can tell they had a water leak. Rust coming from everywhere. It was only for one night trued to get some money off but they only have me $49 couldn’t give me a full $50. Would never stay here or any of the branches again especially not for $248.
