Surprisingly quiet room for South Beach. Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels and hot water, and lots of free bottled water was brought to the room every day. The staff was pleasant and quick to respond to requests. Great location. The Victor supplied free beach chairs and beach towels. Unfortunately, beach umbrellas are not available at the hotel. They can be rented on the beach. The only downside was that the room and terrace were small. However, in all fairness to The Victor, their website honestly states that the king room is only 400 square feet in size. I would stay at this hotel again.

First off this is on ocean drive which a billion other hotels are along this drive as well. So they are all "beach access". And by beach access they mean cross the street and walk to the beach. You still have to walk quite a bit to the ocean as it's a huge beach. If you've never been to Miami south beach before then you don't know that almost every boutique hotel is the same. They all rent space out in their hotel front to various restaurants, bars and a few shops. You never have to worry about finding a place to eat but the food is all the same. And they include tips to the price so the waiters don't care how your service is. It's a money making franchise. They just have people standing out in front every one pass to try and lure you in. It reminds me of how Vegas is now. Catering to the party crowd and VERY touristy and a sell out as far as I'm concerned. It's way different than it used to be. Many hotels to choose from and the art deco area for me was the highlight of the trip. Very nice architecture. We were right next to the Versace Mansion which has also been turned into a restaurant and a hotel.

Everything was great here. Restaurant/Bar was great, breakfast to late night dinner, front desk lobby staff very helpful. Location was awesome beach right across the road very lively clubs right next door but wasn’t loud in room at all. Room was great comfortable nice tubs with not issue the rooms balcony door, doesn’t close properly, guess it’s an issue with most the balcony doors, they sag and don’t close, I got it mostly closed then filled the void with towel so no bugs came to visit, but balcony view awesome view of beach an ocean

Great room with view of beach. Hotel right on Ocean Drive. Rooms very large with great bathrooms including a deep bathtub. Giovanni's and Cafe Americana next store are great restaurants.
