Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The service is non-existent, staff are completely unresponsive, and getting into the building is a nightmare. If you haven’t checked in online, you won’t even be allowed inside. Even with the code, the lock wouldn’t open, leaving me stranded on a busy street at 8 PM with luggage for over 30 minutes, desperately trying to reach someone over the phone—no one answered. I only got in because another guest happened to be walking in and let me through.
The incompetence didn’t stop there. I requested towels at 6 PM the day after arrival and was told to retrieve them myself from a closet with a code—only to find it completely empty. When I messaged them again, their response? "We’ll have them tomorrow." No alternatives, no solutions, just indifference. The next day came and still no towels—but guess what? I did receive multiple text messages reminding me to check out at 11 AM.
Instead of providing basic hospitality, they bombard you with endless, useless texts, offloading their responsibilities onto guests so they can run this place remotely from who-knows-where. They are nowhere to be found when you actually need help.
The only redeeming quality is the location, but it's absolutely not worth the frustration. Avoid this place unless you enjoy doing all the work while getting nothing in return.
