Sad Visit

The room and the set was really good. Bathroom had some leak and repair work that was iffy, but not a huge deal. However, there was a closet, next to the bed in the bedroom, that had the AC condenser in it. It was horribly loud, but we had to have it on because it was hot weather. We could not sleep at all. When we asked the front desk about it, and the possibility of changing rooms, we were told if we didn’t like it, we could check out. Terrible customer service response. So we did in fact check out and went to stay elsewhere. Such a bummer.

Nice accommodations and good location

I accidentally made two reservations through different sources. The hotel brought this to my attention at check-in and immediately rectified the situation. We had stayed here before and enjoyed the privacy of a two bedroom suite. It was also nice to have a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a nice grocery store and we discovered a delicious donut shop nearby! Nice accommodations and good location.

The only thing i liked was the lady that checked me in , the swimming area was nasty, dirty, the pool hasnt been cleaned, the patio is not clean, my son had 2 ticks on his leg, this morning we come to have breakfast, no coffee, no waffle batter,just about everything was empty, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get coffee, just a bad experience , not happy 😡
