Schlecht ohne Reklamation! Gut nach dem Reklamatio

Pros: Am besten hat mir das Frühstück gefallen, dort gab es zumindest etwas.
Cons: Das Wasser im Pool war kalt, es gab keine Mantel, der Fernseher war klein und es hatte schlechtes Empfang, schlechtes Wlan und es war kalt im Zimmer
Als wir ins Hotel gingen, hatten wir einen Schock. Es war kalt, wir hatten keine genug Decken und es gab keine richtigen Kissen.Airconditioner war defekt ! Als wir dann reklamierten(nächsten Tag), gaben sie uns ein richtiges Zimmer, dann gaben sie uns ein gutes Zimmer wo es warm war und auch einen richtigen Fernseher gab und die Verbindungstüre richtig zu geht.
