The first room we were booked into the carpet was soaked by the bathroom door they then changed our room and didn’t even give us enough sleeping room for all 5 of us that were there.

The staff checking in were not super welcoming and did not explain a single thing about the hotel. We booked a king bed and the only room available was 2 fulls, which was disappointing. Upon returning to our room after a concert, the temperature was outrageously hot, like 90 degrees. The thermostat was clearly not working. After addressing this with the front desk, they gave us a fan to use in our room and told us to open the windows as the building was still on winter heat setting and could not be adjusted. The fan was broken, so that was useless. Also, the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Overall, very disappointing and would not recommend.

Hotel needs updates, I was on the 12th floor and it was really hot, and you can’t control the temperature. You can slightly crack the window open. I paid for a 1 king room, was given a 2 queen/full beds. Had breakfast and dinner at the cafe 57, which was average. Hotel is a little older and needs to be updated, the staff however was nice and welcoming. They also granted me a late check out.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Front desk staff LaQuisha is rude, immature, hangs up on customers, can’t multifunction nor show any customer service skills at all. Hilton should be ashamed of all the bad reviews on her and still allowing her to have this job. She is embarrassing your brand and should NOT be in charge of any hotel or employees. If anyone read this review just know that her alone at that hotel will make your stay HELL.

No air conditioning on a hot day in March. I was told to open the windows and turn the thermostat off because it's an old building. They offered a fan. We had to go back inside upon leaving to get the parking garage us out. The shampoo and conditioner was out. The fridge was broken and they told me to give it another hour after we already had given it an hour. They said they would replace the fridge the next day and never did. The revolving front door was broken. The ice machine on our floor was broken. No sheets were on the pull out couch bed. The elevators smelled like strong stanky weed although they did try to put air freshener. The towels were lovely and so was the shower head.
