Best avoided

We arrived and were assigned a room on the second floor at the far side of the hotel. This hotel has an unusual large interior courtyard which is fine. When we opened the room the bed was not made and there were dirty sheets stacked on a chair. Apparently housekeeping was unavailable to fix the job. We were then given another room in an older part of the hotel. This room had a foul odor. We left. Basically a complete waste of time. Although I have stayed here in the past, I will not be back.

Music played all night long since our room was facing the breakfast area. The walls were thin. Could hear voices/ppl talking all night. Our room floor was sticky and muggy. It smelled like weed. The a/c fan didn’t work very well. The parking lot was in poor condition. The staff was slow to check us in. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is nice overall. The executive room was spacious and the shower was extremely spacious. Many of the rooms have no exterior windows, however, which makes you feel like you are in a cave. The high metal ceilings of the hotel make noises echo quite loudly, and many people would talk loudly or slam doors at 6am. Lastly, while the hotel is marketed as pet-friendly, they charge $50 PER DAY for pets. To be fair, this fee is disclosed up front (I simply missed notificing, my own error) but I've never had to pay so much for my [small] dog.The front desk staff explained that prior pet issues caused the hotel to take such draconian measures.

Apart from the hookers traumatizing moans from nearby rooms, and the VERY UNCLEAN AND DIRTY ROOMS, this place would have gotten a higher rating but the thing that makes them lose me entirely is the employees. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED / JALEESHA? She was rude, very impolite, hung up on me, charged me for extending the same room, made me wait so I can rebook. And on top of that, she has a huge attitude and talks about you even though you are literally right there. I’d like to see her terminated.

Not a smoke free hotel

Arrived late after a concert and at 12:30 am there was a large crowd outside of the hotel making tons of noise, fight took place also. Front desk staff did nothing after we asked about quiet hours. Opened the door to our non-smoking room, only to be met with heavy smoke smell and air freshener. Should not have been available due to condition of room. No other rooms were available so we left at 1 am to find another hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful at all. Horrible experience
