We love the Beachcomber Resort! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is just the right temperature, and the room was lovely. The staff is always nice and super helpful. Two thumbs up!!

This was a much needed short getaway!!!! It was exactly what my family needed. Everything was neat and clean all staff was excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and we intend on going back for a week next year!

Beachcomber is great! Beach is right across the street, and the pool is heated with fresh towels and plenty of room to sit or lounge! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are well maintained! We love to stay here when we go to Montauk!

Don't let the landscaping and pictures on the internet fool you - we were duped. We booked 2 rooms; both were very outdated. One room had water stains on the wallpaper and the other felt like you were in a trailer when you went into the bathroom. Both had full sized beds. We asked for a nicer room or larger bed, staff was not friendly and dismissed us. Would never stay here again.

Great location but dated property with rude staff

Upon arriving after 6 hours of travel with my 8 lbs hypoallergenic service dog I wasn’t even greeted with a hello before an angry old woman at the front desk went on a monologue for berating me about the dog. She falsely claimed their listing on hotels.com claimed service dogs must be pre registered when dogs aren’t even mentioned in the rules or regs. Hotels.com claims to have talked to them, but they didn’t reach out at all let alone apologize. I left early as felt extremely unwelcome and the property is very much early 90s 3 star vibe despite being across from the ocean. Mean and awful experience especially to someone with PTSD.
