We received a call early in the day that our room had a maintenance issue and we would receive another room at equal price and amenities. That was good and that was the last good thing that happened. The room itself was presentable but the tv and fireplace weren’t working and had to call maintenance. We had 4 guests but there were not enough towels in the room and had to get bath towels. It says they have breakfast every day - one day they didn’t have breakfast with no warning to guests until they went to the breakfast room and the day they did - it was basically toast and coffee. The vending and ice machines weren’t working. Another guest next to us had no shower curtain. We never will go here again.

Nobody in the front dest. Only 1 ice maker and its out if ice. You need to wait for 10 min. breakfast was decent and staff constatly clean

Room was okay but bathroom sink hadn't been fully cleaned (hair and lipstick). Sheets very wrinkled? Breakfast room was closed but coffee was available. You do have to walk over freeway to access restaurants and supermarket.

Their Hotels add pictures showed eggs and a meat with breakfast. Not available anymore. Just breads and cereal. Beds were so so. Not good, not terrible. No fridge in room. No housekeeping for a week. Restaurant was good.

After checking in as we are walking to our room on the 2nd floor, 2 guests in the neighboring room were smoking weed out front by the main stairwell. Immediately not ok that this would be allowed in the shared common space. We get into the room and the a/c and heater do not work, there is writing on the wall, tv does not work. It was something out of a bad movie, so ridiculous, the poor conditions and failing basic amenities, it was a joke. After notifying the front desk he came to our room told us the a/c unit needed a charge and would not work. No offer to provide a new room or discount. The tv remote was gone missing, the phone cord to the phone was missing, again we have cell phones but seriously! We stayed one night and left immediately in the morning. Do not even get me started in the “complimentary breakfast”! Would not go back. This was beyond poorly maintained.
