Great location, amazing staff, beautiful, and clean rooms! My only complaint is the showerhead in n out cottage was not up to the standard of the rest of the environment! Overall five out of five! Fix that showerhead! Hahaha

they charge me $30 extra because I arrive one hour early even though the room was ready. They didn't let me go in unless I pay the money which was inconvenient because usually if the room is ready, they let you go in without no problems and they have never charged me before, but for for some reason this time they did the cleaning has to be request the day before, and that was new, even though I left the note at the door saying that I needed to clean room they didn't do it. They don't have any continental breakfast. They change that not even a glass of water so that's why I didn't like it

The shower handle fell off while adjusting the water temperature in the shower miserable. It would be nice to at least allow the fire pit to stay on till 10pm. Clean flower beds

If i could not have checked in, i wouldnt have, but we already paid. The hotel was outdated and dirty. A bit ran down. The staff was rude. We paid way too much for what we got. We could have stayed across the street at a nicer hotel for the same amount and nicer amenities. The walls were paper thin. I will not stay here again.

The cottages were nice, it felt like you had your own space. Everyone was very nice. The front desk was too understated and we didn’t see it right away. Also the beds made a ringing tone if bumped and that disturbed my daughter
