They call this an accessible room! 🐂 no walkin bath! just an ordinary step over into tub! no gripper bars around toilet! 1 parallel bar in bathtub! high beds . very hard to get onto! They have a lot of nerve calling this a room for handicapped!!!

Not too bad

I would stay there again, but it could definitely be cleaner. They had some teenage boy coming around cleaning and you know he’s not doing the best job in the world. I mean he’s obviously trying but teenage boys aren’t usually cleaners. You could tell in our bathroom a lot of places that were missed and they didn’t even change out the toilet paper. They gave us the roll from the people before us and just made a triangle on it.

I booked in here and when arriving, my room was changed. The lady at the front stated it would be cheaper and we would get a refund. Once I reached out the staff was rude and said nothing was changed and I would not be getting that difference back. If I would not have been lied to, I would have stayed with the room I paid for.
